Why we built Firmly

We launched Firmly as our own service for vendor verification and company-card management. Businesses needed a place where a visitor can assess a partner quickly, while the owner replies to reviews, shows products and keeps the catalog current without calling developers for every edit on the site.

Without a single system the card and reviews went stale, replies lost a consistent tone, and the showcase assortment aged. Trust and conversion dropped. We needed one contour for checks, reputation and products with a clear owner refresh workflow.

We built Firmly as a fullstack product with a public card and an owner cabinet: review replies, a product showcase and regular XLS catalog updates. Visitors see a structured profile; owners keep data fresh without developers in every change.

How it works

The main challenge was linking vendor checks, reputation and a product showcase without a heavy admin. We built one UI: a public card for visitors and an owner workspace for replies, products and catalog updates without jumping between systems.

The reply scenario is intentionally short: important reviews first, templates or free text, publish in one pass. Showcase items stay tied to the card and refresh from XLS imports so assortment does not go stale between releases.

Delivery took two months: from requirements and card prototype to verification, reviews, showcase and catalog import, then real owner-scenario tests, feedback fixes and launch on firmly.ru.
